RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Nakluea offers you the possibility to return the product within and no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the same.
We would like to point out that the return shipping costs will be entirely borne by the customer. who can choose the shipping method they prefer.
We assume no responsibility for any delays or losses by the courier/service chosen to return the product to us.
Return conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as you received it, it must not be never been used, worn or damaged so it can be put back up for sale.
- The item must be returned in the same box and with its tags as when it was delivered to you (original packaging).
- The box containing the item must be well sealed and protected by a protective wrapping (such as bag, cellophane/nylon) so as not to damage the products contained.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Send the return request to the email info@nakluea.com or via the chat on the website www.nakluea.co m
We will send you a form with the following information to fill out:
* name provided when ordering
* the order confirmation number received by email
* the name of the item to be returned
* the reason for the return
REFUND VIA COUPON
Once the package arrives at the office, our staff will check the condition of the same and the refund will be made by sending a coupon net of shipping costs.
Once you receive the coupon you can repurchase the product as if it were a new one order by entering the code in the "Discount code" section of the payments at the check out time.
Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SIZE/PRODUCT CHANGES
Nakluea offers you the possibility to exchange the product within 14 days from the date of receipt. of the same.
We would like to point out that we will provide you with the option to change both the number and the product.
We highlight that the return shipping costs will be entirely borne by the customer who can choose the shipping method he prefers.
Exchange conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as you received it, it must not be never been used, worn or damaged so it can be put back up for sale.
- The item must be returned in the same box (original packaging).
- The box containing the item must be well sealed and protected by a protective wrapping (such as bag, cellophane/nylon) so as not to damage the products contained.
HOW TO REQUEST A SIZE/PRODUCT CHANGE:
Send the request for size or product exchange to the email: info@nakluea.com or via chat present on the site www.nakluea.com.
We will send you a form with the following information to fill out:
* name provided when ordering
* the order confirmation number received by email
* “size change or product change” written
* the number of the shoe to be exchanged with the relative size plus the indication of the new size
*the shorts to be exchanged with the relative size plus the indication of the new size
Once the size change request has been accepted, you will receive an email/message to proceed with the return shipment at your expense.
Once the package arrives at the office, our staff will check the condition of the same and will proceed with sending the new product (if it is the same type) .
Where instead it was or If you purchase an item and want to exchange it for another (for example, changing shoes for shorts), a coupon will be issued.
