RETURNS
Nakluea offers you the possibility to return the product within and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the same.
We would like to point out that the return shipping costs will be entirely borne by the customer who can choose the shipping method he prefers.
We assume no responsibility for any delays or losses by the courier/service chosen to return the product to us.
Return conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, it must never have been used, worn or damaged in order to be eligible for resale.
- The item must be returned in the same box and with its tags as when it was delivered to you (original packaging).
- The box containing the item must be well sealed and protected by a wrapping (such as a bag, cellophane/nylon) so as not to damage the products contained.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
- Send the return request to the email info@nakluea.com or via the Whatsapp chat on the website www.nakluea.com
- We will send you a form with the following information to fill out:
* name provided when ordering
* the order confirmation number or the order confirmation itself received at the time of ordering by email
* the name of the item to be returned
* the reason for the return
- Once the package arrives at the office, our staff will check its condition and will proceed with sending the coupon net of shipping costs.
REFUND VIA COUPON
The refund of the order will be made through a coupon net of shipping costs that will be sent to you as soon as the return is accepted.
Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SIZE/PRODUCT CHANGES
Nakluea offers you the possibility to exchange the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the same.
We would like to point out that we will provide you with the option to change both the number and the product.
We highlight that the shipping costs for the return or size exchange will be entirely borne by the customer who can choose the shipping method he prefers.
If you wish to change the size or model, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer, with a cost of €6.50.
Exchange conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, it must never have been used, worn or damaged in order to be eligible for resale.
- The item must be returned in the same box (original packaging).
- The box containing the item must be well sealed and protected by a wrapping (such as a bag, cellophane/nylon) so as not to damage the products contained.
HOW TO REQUEST A SIZE/PRODUCT CHANGE:
- Send the size change request to the email: info@nakluea.com or via the chat on the website www.nakluea.com.
- We will send you a form with the following information to fill out:
* name provided when ordering
* the order confirmation number or the order confirmation itself received at the time of ordering by email
* the name of the item to be exchanged and its size
* the new size
* “size change or product change” written
- Once the size change request has been accepted, you will receive an email/message to proceed with the return shipment at your expense.
- Once the package arrives at the office, our staff will check its condition and will proceed with sending the coupon net of shipping costs.
- Once you receive the coupon you can repurchase the product as if it were a new order by entering the code in the "Discount Code" section of payments at checkout.
Items returned to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
