- Shipping costs

In case of size exchange, shipping costs are at our expense (the maximum shipping refund amount is 10 euros).

In case of return without request for size change or return with request for size change for a completely incorrect order (meaning "completely incorrect" a size change that exceeds 2 sizes), shipping costs are charged to the buyer.

- When to ship?

Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
